Synopsis
Toward the end of the Tang Dynasty, the elder of Kunwu Pavillion in the Kunlun Mountains, Dian Huangfu, cannot stand the rise of the demon race who are destroying the dragon veins. Huangfu leads his disciples to fight with a thousand-year-old tree demon. But to turn the dire situation around, he uses up all his magic power, and has to entrust his disciples with the mission of saving the suffering mortals and becoming the new heroes of the desert.
